Book Review of ATLANTIS DECEPTION by Nick Thacker
Well thought-out, well-delivered, and certainly, a precursor to a good sequel
Atlantis Deception is an excellent story. Some have compared it to the Jurassic Park of deep space – an analogy I would agree with. In truth, the story has a far deeper meaning than prehistoric beasts gobbling up humans. It maintains a good pace. It is riveting. It doesn’t labor on scientific vernacular and details, and yet, it remains quite believable in the overall presentation. The idea of alien species being brought back to human civilization for money-making ventures, science or military, was similar to the Alien series, but then in the final part of the book, one comes to discover that something far more relevant and profound is in the works. Well thought-out, well-delivered, and certainly, a precursor to a good sequel.
